A full-body, functional Pilates class that blends classic control with a strength-focused edge. Expect to use props like bands, blocks, dumbbells, and Pilates balls to level up bodyweight movements and build muscular endurance, power, and resilience. There is where Pilates meets strength training - with intention.

STRENGTH

A high-energy, high-burn experience designed to test your mental discipline and muscular endurance. With a focus on small, presice, and isolated movements, this class delivers those signature Pilates shakes and deep, targeted burns. Expect high reps, minimal rest, and maximum fire.

SCULPT

A grounding and rejuvenating session that emphasizes fluid transitions, intentional movement, and breath work. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing you to connect deeply with your body while still challenging overall strength, mobility, and control. Expect to leave feeling strong, centred, and refreshed.

FLOW

Our Barre-Pilates class, will blend the core-strengthening and lengthening techniques of Pilates with the high-energy, toning movements of Barre. This class is designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body, with a focus on building a powerful core, toned legs, and lifted glutes. Through precise movements, light weights, and isometric holds, you’ll activate and stabilize your muscles, enhancing balance and flexibility. The class flows with upbeat music to keep you energized and motivated, and every session wraps up with gentle stretches to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting, this class is adaptable, welcoming, and meant to help you feel your best! All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

BARRE-PILATES

Build strength, stability, and control in the first half of class with a dynamic, core-focused Pilates flow designed to challenge and energize your body. Then, we ease into the second half with a calming candlelit stretch to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore your nervous system. This class is the perfect balance of work and recovery - you'll leave feeling strong, lengthened, and completely reset.

Connect with your baby and your body in this Post-natal mat workout. This class is a great way to spend time with your baby while fitting a workout into your busy life.

Please be advised that before performing ANY exercises with your baby, your baby should be able to hold its own head strong and stable, as well as have the ability to almost sit up on its own.
