Our Reformer Foundations series is the perfect place to begin your Pilates Journey — a 4-week program designed to help you master the basics, build confidence, and feel right at home on the reformer.

BOOKING POLICIES:
To ensure the best experience and progress for all participants, the Reformer Foundations Series follows these booking policies:
Commitment to the Full Series: This is a 4-week progressive series, with one class per week. Participants must commit to attending all 4 sessions as each class builds on the previous one.
No Drop-Ins or Make-Up Classes: Due to the structured nature of the series, drop-ins are not permitted. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or transferred to future sessions. Payment & Registration Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the series start date are eligible for a full refund or studio credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for class. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join, as it disrupts the flow of the session.
By booking the Beginner Reformer Series, you agree to these policies to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all participants.

Experience a blend of intermediate and advanced Pilates sequences, a session full of delightful surprises! This controlled practice targets muscle groups, emphasizing core stability, improving posture, and promoting a balanced, full-body workout. **Previous reformer experience required.
FLOW
This intense Pilates reformer workout will give you a full body burn. Perfect for a lunch break! **Previous reformer experience required.

For women at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum, this class is designed for women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum period, utilizing the Reformer machine with modifications tailored to their changing body needs, focusing on core strength, stability, and gentle movements to support both the pregnancy journey and recovery after birth. You will build strength in the deep abdominals to keep your lower back pain free, strengthen the pelvic floor and condition your upper body.
PRE & POST NATAL
Break out of your comfort zone with this strength reformer workout. Focus on strengthening muscles and mind with higher tensions and loads, longer holds and endurance challenges. **Previous reformer experience required.
